Job summary

Keys Group is hiring a Children’s Support Worker with Outdoor Activities in Gloucester. The role combines daily care with adventure-based activities for young people aged 8–18 in a residential setting, with overnight stays at the activity centre.

You will need a full UK driving licence, a 39-hour week pattern, and participate in sleep-ins as part of the shift cycle. Benefits include training and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 and hold a full UK driver’s license.
• 39 hours per week, 4 days on, 7 days off shift pattern, including sleep-ins.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build nurturing relationships with young people, providing emotional stability and daily care to help them thrive.
• Lead adventurous activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, and kayaking.
• Support personal and social development through structured activities and daily routines.
• Collaborate within a supportive team to ensure a safe, caring environment.
