Job summary

Keys Care is seeking a Children’s Activity Based Support Worker in Wrexham to provide overnight support at an activity-based residential centre. The role combines care duties with adventure-led activities, staying on-site to build consistency for children aged 8-18.

You’ll lead rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and other outdoor experiences, while ensuring daily care, safety, and development through structured programmes.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 and hold a full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to 39 hours per week with 4 days on / 8 days off and sleep-ins.
• Right to work in the UK confirmed at application.

Responsibilities

• Lead adventure and outdoor activities with children aged 8–18.
• Provide daily care and emotional support to help them thrive.
• Build nurturing relationships and foster personal development.
