Red Snapper Recruitment LTD is hiring a Residential Night Support Worker for a residential service in Langdon. The role involves night-time supervision, support and guidance to clients, with a focus on safety and public protection within a 7-day rota.

You will work across nights, ensuring compliance with rules, providingengagement activities and maintaining accurate records. DBS clearance and UK right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and across a 7-day rota.

Responsibilities

• Work through the night providing continuous support, guidance and supervision to clients.
• Build positive relationships and encourage a respectful, pro-social culture.
• Act as a positive role model and engage clients in purposeful activities.
• Monitor and enforce rules, curfews and testing requirements as needed.
• Undertake door duties and monitor CCTV and site security.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
