Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment is hiring a Residential Day Support Worker in Poole to join a compassionate team. You will provide practical and emotional support, help reduce risk, and assist clients in progressing toward independence and community reintegration.

The role involves a 3 x 12.5-hour shift pattern, weekend work, and safeguarding responsibilities. DBS with Adult Barred List and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through induction, prison assessments and move-on planning.
• Help clients work towards positive outcomes and successful reintegration into the community.
• Deliver programmes and keywork sessions that support personal development and positive behaviour.
• Contribute to risk assessments and risk management plans.
• Monitor compliance and identify and report changes in risk or behaviour.
• Participate in professional and multi-agency meetings, sharing relevant information appropriately.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the service, including client entry and exit procedures

Location: Poole

Salary: £27,879 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
