Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Life Practitioners for its Rand near Lincoln residential home. You will support individuals with complex needs, aiding daily living and community activities. A company vehicle is provided for engaging community outings, with a UK driving licence required.

Starting rates from 1st September 2026 are Level 1 £13.12, Level 2 £13.62, Level 3 £14.62, with opportunities to progress through the competency framework and enhanced pay grades. A £500 joining bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate approach to support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Able to work effectively within a team and seek help when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Health & Social Care Level 3 or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities and independence.
• Assist with trips into the community and transport where needed.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care in a residential setting.
