Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Night Life Practitioners to join our Anam Cara home in Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily tasks, and accompany them on community activities.

A company vehicle is provided for outings and transport, and a full UK driving license or two years driving experience is required. We offer clear pay grades with progression, funded qualifications, health and wellbeing benefits, and a generous £500

About The Role

Our Children Residential Home is looking for night Life Practitioners to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting Rates

Starting Rates Are Effective From 1st September 2026.

Level 1 - £13.37, Level 2 - £13.87, Level 3 £14.37
