Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Clann Dion in Rand near Lincoln. You will support individuals with complex needs, helping them live more independently and join community activities. A company vehicle is provided for activities and transport.

Starting pay ranges from £12.71 to £13.60 per hour with progression via competency milestones. Full UK driving licence is required for vehicle use, and DBS checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help with daily activities and accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Contribute to care planning and work with the team to deliver person-centred support.
