Kisimul Group Ltd at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe, Nr Market Rasen/Lincoln is seeking Life Practitioners to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives. You will assist with daily activities and accompany trips into the community.

Qualifications

• Passion for care and to contribute to the progression of others.
• Strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Support with transport using the company vehicle when required.
