Experienced Residential Lettings Property Manager

Full-Time: 9-5 Monday to Friday. Flexibility for working parents.

Are you a proactive and organised property professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service? We’re looking for a confident and experienced Residential Lettings Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the West Midlands.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry standards (e.g., Gas Safety, EICR, deposit protection).

• Conduct regular property inspections and report findings.

• Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and check-outs.

• Resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records and support with audits as required.

• General day-to-day office duties.

• Previous experience in residential lettings/property management (essential).

• Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and best practices.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with property management software (training provided).

• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (required)
