Lettings Property Manager / Lettings Coordinator - Warwick - Part Time - £13.50 per hour

My client is an established and well-respected Lettings and Estate Agency brand that has been at the heart of Leamington Spa and Warwick since 2001, serving the community and providing a professional estate agency service in the area. They are now looking for a Lettings Coordinator / Property Manager to support the company's growth.

The role is part-time, working on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and maintain good professional relationships with landlords and tenants.
  2. Build connections with suppliers and contractors.
  3. Be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  4. Manage the reference process for new tenants.
  5. Work to generate new business.
  6. Keep landlords updated with information about their properties.
  7. Visit properties as appropriate.
  8. Arrange and coordinate the property inspections schedule.
  9. Coordinate the end of tenancy process, including negotiating agreements with landlords and tenants regarding tenancy deposit disputes.
  10. Experience in the Tenant Deposit ADR process is preferable.
  11. Able to work according to pre-set processes and procedures.
Necessary Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  1. At least 2 years of previous experience in a lettings role.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge of current lettings legislation.
  3. Full driving license and access to own car.
  4. Good computer skills, including MS Office and experience with databases.
  5. A minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  6. Flexible working hours based on business needs.
