Job description

We are looking for a Rental Fleet Manager to be part of our Rental team based in Leicester.

About the role

The role will involve managing the rental fleet and associated business development through long-term planning.

On a day-to-day basis, this is what you would be doing:

1. Manage and protect all trucks within the company’s rental fleets and be strategic in planning against future fleet and customer needs.
2. Liaise with Sales Operations, Marketing, and the Fleet Management Centre to ensure that rental fleet development efforts are fully coordinated.
3. Develop the necessary management reporting systems within Rental & Used in order to effectively manage the operation & to explain any variances.
4. Devise plans to maximise opportunities from returning trucks.

We are looking for someone who has previous administration experience.
