Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to lead a purpose-built residential care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure safe, compassionate care, and manage staff performance and budgets.

You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and have proven experience in a residential setting with strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience managing a residential home.
• Strong leadership and budgeting knowledge.
• Knowledge of statutory care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to the residents
• Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date by maintaining and implementing appropriate systems to ensure compliance
• Build positive working relationships with support functions so staff are properly inducted, trained, motivated and supported to do their jobs to the best of their ability
• Adhere to company standards as well as legal and statutory requirements relating to fire regulations, health and safety, licensing, weights and measures, care and trading standards, and employment
• Ensure all employee files are in line with RQIA standards
• Work alongside regional manager and directors
• Responsible for working to the Home's budget, ensure financial success and stability

Job description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an exceptional residential care home based in the Belfast, Northern Ireland area. You will be working for one Northern Ireland's leading health care providers

This purpose-built residential care home is ideally located in County Antrim, providing professional, person-centred care focused on rehabilitation, personal development and promoting maximum independence

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to the residents
• Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date by maintaining and implementing appropriate systems to ensure compliance

• Able to demonstrate strong leadership ability in a key demanding role
• Previous experience managing a residential home setting
• A good understanding of budgets

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,000 - £56,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting role is a permanent full time role working on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
