Job summary

Cast Consultancy seeks a Senior Project Manager to join our London team. The role focuses on delivering residential developments across the UK from inception to completion, with hybrid working between home and office.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading schemes through multiple RIBA stages, strong stakeholder management, and a data-led approach to project delivery. MRICS or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong technical capability across project management and delivery processes.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of development drivers and client objectives.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering to deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and governance.
• Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities across assigned projects.
• Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
• Oversee programme management, project risk, and stakeholder coordination across multiple schemes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior-level engagement.
• Chair project meetings and drive effective decision-making processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members across project delivery activities.
• Support project governance, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to the continued development of digital and data-led project management approaches.
