Job summary

Capstone Recruitment UK is recruiting a Development Project Manager to join its UK residential development team in London. This client-side role focuses on delivering large Build to Rent schemes from acquisition through design, construction, handover and operation.

You will work closely with the Director of Development, coordinating consultants, managing programmes and budgets, and preparing reports for senior management. Strong communication and keen commercial sense are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ project management experience
• Some exposure to residential development
• Experience in client-side role preferable
• Strong communication and commercial awareness

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of residential development projects from acquisition through to operation
• Manage development programmes, budgets, cashflows and forecasting
• Coordinate consultants, project teams and external stakeholders
• Assist consultant procurement and change management
• Contribute to design, amenity spaces and material selection
• Oversee elements of the handover process
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Finance, Marketing, Acquisitions and Legal teams
• Prepare project reporting and presentations for senior management
