Job summary

TT is seeking a Project Manager to join its Projects Team, supporting planning, disposals, demolition and development activity nationwide. You will oversee technical and construction aspects from surveys to budgets, while coordinating with consultants, contracts and a Commercial Manager.

The role requires RICS qualification and a track record in residential development project management, with travel to sites nationwide and strong stakeholder engagement. A competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• RICS qualified with residential development PM experience.
• Experience across planning, disposals and development activity nationwide.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate and manage consultant appointments and construction contracts with the Commercial Manager.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports required throughout project delivery.
