Job summary

TT Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Projects Team, supporting development and disposals across planning, disposals, demolition, due diligence and development activity nationwide. The role involves taking ownership of live schemes with guidance from Senior Project Managers, and contributing to the delivery of large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with residential development PM experience, and will manage budgets, consultants and contracts

Qualifications

• RICS qualified with an RICS-accredited degree (undergrad or postgrad).
• Residential development project management experience.
• Knowledge of development activity from concept through to delivery and sales.
• Experience across procurement types from joint ventures to direct developments.
• Familiar with consultant/contractor agreements (e.g. JCT).
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate and manage consultant appointments and construction contracts with Commercial Manager.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports (geo-technical, acoustic, thermal).
• Support project teams on programming, progress, cost, risk, change management and reporting.
• Manage project budgets with Commercial Manager.
• Ensure collateral warranties and insurances are in place for each contract.
