Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to work on a permanent basis within our Plot team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

We advise on the full lifecycle of new build housing, from land acquisition to sale of homes, with schemes ranging from 50 to 20,000 units and large urban regeneration projects. Our team operates across multiple offices and is part of Gateley Plc’s Property Platform, which includes over 700 professionals providing comprehensive property services.
