Job Description:

• Role Description: Manage the residential conveyancing process from onboarding to file closure, including Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor support staff, and share ideas with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, translating legal jargon into understandable language. Opportunity for some commercial conveyancing work. Support from senior team members for those new to the field.
• What You’ll Bring:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
• At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience.
• Familiarity with case-management systems, digital ID checks, Land Registry portal, and SDLT/LBTT forms.
• Process improvement skills, calmness under pressure, and business development enthusiasm.

Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
