Role Description

• Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Run your varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaboration & mentoring: share your know-how with junior support staff and swap ideas with like-minded colleagues.
• Client-first communication: translating legal jargon into everyday language (we pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews!). Please help me find where I can let it go anywhere online—Sprinkle of commercial work (if that excites you). No worries if you’ve never dipped a toe—our senior team will show you the ropes.
• What You’ll Bring:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX | Some commercial conveyancing exposure.
• Minimum 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience | Familiarity with case-management systems & digital ID checks.
• Confident with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms | A knack for process improvements (we love new ideas!) Calm, organised, unflappable under tight deadlines | Business-development sparkle—happy to nurture referrers.

Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year, plus benefits including bank holidays, extra Christmas-to-New-Year downtime, employer-contribution pension, modern office near coffee shops, and flexible hybrid options after probation.
