Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with clients: translate legal jargon into everyday language (we pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews!). Feel free to share your commercial work interests—our senior team will guide you if you're new to this area.
- What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
- Confidence with Land Registry portal, SDLT/LBTT forms, and process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills are a plus.
