Role Description

• Manage the residential conveyancing process—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.

• Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
  • At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience.
  • Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
  • Confidence with Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms.
  • Ability to suggest process improvements and work calmly under deadlines.
  • Business development skills and a friendly approach to nurturing referrers.
