Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing process—from onboarding through to file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.

- What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience, familiarity with case management systems and digital ID checks.
- Confident with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms. A knack for process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills are a plus—happy to nurture referrers.
