Responsibilities

• Open and administer files following firm procedures.
• Handle inquiries from buyer’s solicitors and prepare replies.
• Progress post-exchange and post-completion tasks including registrations.
• Maintain diary for fee-earners and arrange meetings.
• Assist clients in person and by phone with professional client care.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Undertake training as required to perform duties.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of documentation.
• Comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules and professional conduct.
• Carry out legal research as directed and support junior staff.
