Mallory Pryce Ltd in Hitchin is seeking an organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support a varied caseload of property transactions and to work closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress matters efficiently and provide high-quality client service.

The role covers file opening, dealing with enquiries, post-exchange and post-completion tasks, diary management for fee-earners, client meetings, mail preparation, training, confidentiality

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily file opening and administration following firm procedures.
• Deal with enquiries from buyer's solicitors and prepare replies.
• Progress post-exchange and post-completion work, liaising with fee-earners and accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date diary for fee-earners and arrange meetings.
• Attend clients in person or by phone, providing professional client care.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Undertake required training and ensure confidentiality of documents.
• Comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules and professional conduct rules.
• Undertake legal research as directed and provide cover for other paralegals.
• Work cohesively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
