Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Exeter

A well-established, multi-office firm renowned for its strong presence in the Devon property market are looking for a confident, capable Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Exeter team.

If you're a Solicitor, Legal Executive (FCILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer with 1-5 years' PQE, and you're ready to take ownership of a varied caseload, this could be the right fit.

You'll be handling residential property transactions from start to finish to include but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity with minimal supervision. You'll be proactive in building relationships with clients and referrers, and play a hands-on role in marketing and business development.
