Job summary

Harwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join a fast-paced Residential Conveyancing team in Chandler’s Ford. This 9-month maternity cover role supports fee earners in the early stages of conveyancing, including quotes, file openings, ID checks and client support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing or property administration, strong client communication skills, and be organized with attention to detail in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing, property or administration preferred.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and working in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and open new files.
• Take client instructions and open files.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and agents when possible.
• Review instruction forms, ID checks and money laundering checks.
