G2 Legal Limited seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Middlesbrough to join a supportive team and handle a varied property caseload from instruction to completion. You will engage with clients, agents, brokers and referrers to drive growth within a long-established firm.

The role offers a strong starting salary (£40,000–£45,000) with potential to earn up to £15,000 in bonuses, and a clear path for career progression within a well-regarded regional practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer required.
• Ideally 2+ years' PQE/equivalent experience; flexible for the right candidate.
• Strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Confident managing matters independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Commercial property experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Develop relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other local referrers to support growth of the department.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside an already established team, managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.

You'll also play an active role in developing relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other local referrers, helping to support the continued growth of the department.

You will be:
