G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer for a hybrid role in Banbury. You will manage a high-quality caseload, mentor colleagues and contribute to the growth of the property team.

Formación

• 5+ years PQE as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX
• Strong experience managing residential conveyancing independently
• Excellent client care and technical knowledge
• Supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through post-completion
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new build, shared ownership
• Oversee transfers of equity, remortgages and registrations
• Liaise with clients, agents, brokers and lenders
• Mentor junior fee earners and support staff, support compliance and development
• Contribute to networking and business development

Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer

£55,000-£70,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Banbury, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its successful Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a quality caseload, mentor colleagues and play an important role in the continued growth of the department, with clear opportunities for career progression.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• New build and shared ownership


• Transfers of equity and remortgages


• Equity release and first registrations


• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and lenders


• Mentoring junior fee earners and support staff


• Supporting compliance, CQS and departmental development


• Contributing to networking and business development

About You

• 5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX


• Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently


• Good technical knowledge and excellent client care skills


• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience desirable


• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
