Job summary

• Tackle more complex Residential Property matters from instruction to completion
• Support and develop junior team members and take on management responsibilities
• Operate in a non-high-volume environment with strong administrative support

Senior Residential Conveyancer | Leicester | Up to £60,000 | Hybrid Working

I’m currently working with a well-established law firm in Leicester that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its growing and supportive Residential Property team.

This is a particularly good opportunity for someone with 5+ years’ Residential Conveyancing experience who wants to move away from a high-volume environment and join a firm where the emphasis is firmly on quality over quantity.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, excellent administrative support and the opportunity to take on management responsibility, with a clear pathway for further progression.

The role

You will manage a varied Residential Property caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• More complex Residential Property matters
• Transactions from initial instruction through to completion

Alongside your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to support and develop more junior members of the team and take on additional management responsibility as you progress.

Importantly, this is not a high-volume conveyancing environment. You’ll benefit from full administrative support, allowing you to focus on your clients and the quality of your work rather than unrealistic volume targets.
