Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Northampton is seeking a Conveyancing Manager / Technical Conveyancer to join its residential property team. You will manage a varied caseload with opportunities to grow into leadership and mentor junior colleagues, while enjoying hybrid working and a supportive culture.

You'll work on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and more complex matters, with a focus on quality client service and professional development within a Top 100 UK law firm environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential property law.
• Experience handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages is desirable.

• Equity release matters
• Higher-value and more complex residential property work
• Transfers of part, overage and option agreements
