Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is assisting a client in Greater Manchester to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential property matters with strong support and potential for long-term career progression.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position offers up to £60,000 DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Residential Conveyancer / 3+ PQE / Greater Manchester / c£60,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and progressive team, managing a varied caseload with strong support and genuine opportunities for long term career progression.

LOCATION: Greater Manchester

SALARY: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supported by an experienced team of assistants.

The role will involve a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will take responsibility for delivering a high level of client service while managing matters efficiently and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing, with the ability to manage a full and varied caseload independently.

You will be organised and practical, with strong time management, communication and client care skills. A proactive approach is important, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
