Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Staffordshire to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion. The role covers freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build plots.

You will work independently with supportive colleagues and a strong client focus. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to deliver a first-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Applications sought from Residential Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• Strong experience across residential conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold work
• The ability to take responsibility for transactions with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and a well-organised approach
• The confidence to provide clear, straightforward advice to clients
• A genuine commitment to delivering a first-class client experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider team

Responsibilities
