Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment seeks a Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE to manage a varied residential property caseload in North Yorkshire. You will handle matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion, independently managing sales, purchases and remortgages while liaising with lenders, agents and solicitors.

You will contribute to the ongoing growth of the team in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• A proven track record of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational and case management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience using case management systems and legal technology.
• A commercially aware and proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Manage a caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages independently.
• Liaise confidently with lenders, solicitors, agents and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas and expertise to the continued development of the residential property department.

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, North Yorkshire, up to £45,000 (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just a busy caseload.
