Job summary

Meriden Media in South Wales is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.

You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, liaise with clients and solicitors, and ensure regulatory compliance, supported by a friendly team and ongoing training opportunities.

The role offers a salary up to 55,000 GBP with a performance bonus, excellent benefits and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' conveyancing experience.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmThis is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit and supportive team with over 25 years of success.

You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
