Pertemps Cardiff Commercial is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Residential Property Team in Cardiff. You will manage transactions from instruction through to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity while delivering outstanding client service.

This full-time Residential Conveyancer position in Cardiff offers a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The Role

As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential property service, managing transactions and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.

You will be based in either our Bristol or Cardiff office, with some flexibility to work across both locations considered advantageous.

Salary and Working Arrangements

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Bristol or Cardiff

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm

Working pattern: Hybrid, with three days working from home and two days in the office each week

Office attendance: Two allocated office days per week
