• Prepare, review and advise on contracts, title documentation and reports on title; investigate titles and resolve issues.
• Ensure all matters are handled in accordance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Keep clients informed at every stage and progress transactions to completion.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient and seamless service throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.


• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and associated residential property matters.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.


• Preparing, reviewing and advising on contracts, title documentation and reports on title. Investigating property titles, managing enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.


• Ensuring all matters are handled in accordance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures.


• Keeping clients informed at every stage and taking a proactive approach to progressing transactions through to completion.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
