Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer in South Wales to handle a varied caseload across Blackwood, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil. The role offers the opportunity to work within an established team with supportive colleagues and ongoing career development.

You'll manage freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions while maintaining high standards of client service and timely completions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Experience with exchanges and completions in residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
• Directly liaise with clients and provide updates.
• Handle searches, contracts and titles from instruction to post-completion.
• Coordinate exchanges, completions and post-completion tasks.

I've got a new opportunity that might be worth a conversation…I'm working with an established South Wales law firm with offices across Blackwood, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil , and they're looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to the team. And before you ask…this isn't another '50+ files, constant chasing, targets through the roof' role.

What you'll be doing:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Right to Buy
• New-build transactions
• Lender work
• Dealing with searches, contracts & titles
• Exchange, completion & post-completion

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, deal directly with clients and actually get the support of an established team around you.
