Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Residential Conveyancer in South Wales. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity for clients.

With a focus on excellent client care, you will liaise with agents, lenders and solicitors, maintain progression updates, and work within a small, supportive team to deliver accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2–3 years' conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.
• Prepare and review contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.
• Keep clients updated on progress and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient, professional service.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
