DSB Premier Construction is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to generate UK residential construction opportunities and nurture long-term relationships with investors, developers and private clients.

You will leverage your network, work with the MD and estimating team to progress opportunities through tendering, negotiation and contract award, and drive repeat business with strong CRM updates.

Qualifikationen

• Proven UK residential construction BD experience
• Established network with investors, developers
• Track record of generating construction deals
• Strong long-term relationship management
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes
• Willingness to travel across London/SE England

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and generate new residential construction opportunities through your network
• Build long-term relationships with investors, developers and private clients
• Develop strategic referral partnerships with architects, designers, advisers and project managers
• Identify opportunities for bespoke homes, luxury refurbishments, extensions and multi-home developments
• Attend meetings, introduce capabilities and secure invitations to tender
• Qualify projects based on scope, budget, funding, planning and programme
• Support proposals, presentations, tender discussions and negotiations
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on opportunities and next steps
• Help convert opportunities into signed contracts and coordinate handover to the internal team
