Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 2 health and social care qualification or higher.

• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Help children have their voice heard and build skills.
• Plan and deliver imaginative activities to develop children's abilities.
• Support children using Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
• Work rota-based unsociable hours and in a team.
• Keep actions transparent and discuss in supervision per professional codes.
