Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a relief Level 2 – Care and Support within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rota, covering day and night shifts and support the needs of the service. They will work as part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Assistant Manager and Level 3 – Care and Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care and support to children in a safe residential setting.

  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager, Assistant Manager and Level 3 staff to meet children's needs.
  • Promote a child-centred approach to practice.
