CareTech is hiring a Residential Childcare Worker in Newtonmore, Scotland. You will work on a 2 on 4 off shift with sleep-ins at the service, earning £34,327–£36,375 per year (includes base plus sleep-ins). Base salary ranges £26,227–£28,275 with £67.50 per sleep-in, and annual top-ups from approx.

10 sleep-ins per month adding about £8,100. A full UK manual driving licence is required; sponsorship cannot be offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• PVG/DBS check required.
• Experience in education, youth work, childcare, healthcare or social care is welcome but not mandatory.
• Training will be provided.

• Create a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping.

Role: Residential Childcare Worker Location: Newtonmore with a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes overnight sleep-ins at the service.

Pay: £34,327 to £36,375 per year (includes base salary + sleep-in allowances) Base Salary: £26,227 (Unqualified) to £28,275 (Qualified), plus £67.50 per sleep-in.

Based on approximately 10 sleep-ins per month, you will top up your earnings by £8,100 annually.

A full UK Manual driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

We are registered to support 4 young people who may be effected by learning disabilities and or complex behaviours.
