Job summary

CareTech Community Services in Newtonmore seeks a Residential Childcare Practitioner to work sessional hours with young people. You will help with daily routines, school readiness, meals and activities, while maintaining a warm home environment and building supportive relationships.

Applicants welcome with or without experience; training is provided. A full UK driving licence is required, and the role includes a strong safeguarding focus and record-keeping responsibilities.

Atha Mor is a beautiful, welcoming home based in the Scottish highlands- sitting on a lot of land ensuring our young people have a safe space to live and thrive. We are registered to support 4 young people who may be effected by learning disabilities and or complex behaviours.
