Job summary

Healthy Careers is seeking a Residential Support Worker for a brand-new children’s home. You’ll provide high-quality care, support daily routines and education, and help young people build life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work a 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota with full-time hours and regular sleep-in duties. Enhanced DBS, ongoing training, and clear progression paths are included to support your growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care, youth work, education, or support work is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting
