Keys is hiring a Children's Residential Support Worker in Runcorn. You will help provide a safe, caring home for children and young people, act as a positive role model, and support their everyday living needs through engaging activities.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; we value resilience, energy, and genuine care. The role includes shifts and regular sleep-ins, with opportunities to develop qualifications and advance within Keys.

• Ability to relate well to young people and encourage participation in activities.
• Strong communication skills, positivity and energy.
• Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people (care and support).
• Act as a positive role model to meet everyday living needs.
• Participate in activities and outings (football, PlayStation, cycling, baking).
• Encourage and share hobbies and interests.
• Perform household tasks (cooking and cleaning).
• Offer emotional and physical support to help children reach their potential.
