Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting a Children’s residential support worker in Runcorn to provide a safe, caring home environment for children and young people. You will be a positive role model, support daily living, and help with activities and outings.

The role emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and building trusted relationships, with progression opportunities and strong staff benefits. Full induction and paid sleep-ins training are provided.

Qualifications

  • The ability to relate well to young people, share interests, encourage and participate in activities.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is required.
  • Over the age of 21.

Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location:Runcorn WA7

Salary:£27.2k-28.6k + Additional £3,200-£6,500 per year from sleep in's

Hours: 39hrs a week working 08:00 - 22:00

Sleep In's: Minimum 1-2 sleeps a week

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.

No Experience Needed

Experience within the care sector is not required as we offer full training, coaching, and development.

Keys provides sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities
