Job summary

Keys Group in Liverpool (L13) is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide a warm, safe home for young people with complex needs. You will support daily living, encourage participation in activities, and act as a positive role model to help each child reach their potential.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training and progression opportunities are provided, including sleep-ins and a clear path within Keys Group.

Qualifications

• Relate well to young people and actively participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring home environment for children and young people.
• Act as a positive role model to meet daily living needs.
• Participate in activities and outings (football, PS5, cycling, baking).
• Encourage and share hobbies and interests.
• Perform household tasks (cooking, cleaning).
• Offer emotional and physical support to help children reach their potential.
• Build friendships and trusting relationships.
• Empower young people to make life decisions.
