Keys Group is recruiting a Children’s residential support worker in Runcorn to provide a safe, caring home environment for children and young people. You will be a positive role model, support daily living, and help with activities and outings.

The role emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and building trusted relationships, with progression opportunities and strong staff benefits. Full induction and paid sleep-ins training are provided.

Qualifications

• The ability to relate well to young people, share interests, encourage and participate in activities.
• A full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Over the age of 21.
• Caring, flexible, and resilient with genuine interest in young people's lives.
• Strong communication, positivity and energy.
• Flexible to work shifts and sleep-ins.
• Annual leave: 5.6 weeks incl. 8 public holidays.
