This full-time, permanent role is based on day shifts and focuses on safeguarding, supporting emotional and behavioural needs, and giving children a voice to influence their outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You will work on a day shift basis in a small Children’s Home in a rural community within South Powys.
• The home supports children/young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties due to their early life experience.
• You will create a safe, healthy, learning, fulfilled home where children have their voices heard and acted upon to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
