You will work within a therapeutic care team alongside education and clinical professionals to foster independence and life skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people with complex needs.
• Work as part of a therapeutic care team with education and clinical professionals.
• Help young people build independence, confidence and life skills.
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment.
• Participate in activities that promote positive outcomes and development.
• This is a full-time role with sleep-ins and a 3-month rota provided in advance.
